Dear co-op supporter,

It’s been an eventful few weeks at 207 N Spring Street! We recently celebrated Halloween at the co-op with dozens of members and new faces. It was a beautiful evening that we hope resembles the future of the co-op’s culture.

On the practical side of things, we have a new draft floor plan for the layout of the units that brings us much closer to a complete vision of the construction job. We’ve also shifted operations discussions from Signal to Slack to streamline project management.

The new board is still taking shape, and we’re currently looking for new permanent members to chair the board and to focus on construction. Members who feel comfortable taking on some leadership responsibilities are welcome to join! Remember, we’re all learning on the job, so whatever logistical questions you may have, we can figure them out together.

Our formal deadline to have occupied units is January 6, 2027. To meet that deadline and make this dream a reality, we need all hands on deck.
