SRS is an open-source community maintained by volunteer developers, with financial support being crucial.

Our 2025 goal is $9,000:
1. Infrastructure costs of $1,000 annually for the website, documentation servers, OpenAI, and tools.
2. Community operations at $1,000, with a part-time community manager handling events and maintenance.
3. Open-source project development at $3,000 per person, with fixed monthly time for SRS development; currently, we have one part-time developer.
4. Other expenses of $1,000 for sponsoring developers to attend conferences and supporting other projects we use.

We currently have about $5,500, with major expenses being:
1. $1,000 for infrastructure.
2. $1,000 for one part-time community manager.
3. $3,000 for one part-time developer.

If we receive more sponsorship in 2025, we plan to increase community development to two people, allowing SRS to add new features and solve issues faster.
