Teach For Malawi will recruit, train and place fellows in selected schools and communities in rural areas to develop transformative collective leadership of students, parents and communities for classroom outcomes and beyond.  Development of transformative collective leadership will empower students to succeed in a classroom and promote equitable education for all children with support from a movement of alumni fellows and empowered communities.  This will break the cycle of poverty that has existed in low-income communities from generation to generation.
