Hello, Weber Fridge donors! 

Our fiscal sponsor, Open Collective Foundation, shut its doors a few weeks ago with short notice and all monthly contributions stopped automatically. The Weber Fridge team has been working diligently to use the remaining funds on grocery trips to fill the fridge, and are happy to announce we've spent down to under $50. Now, we're excited to close the chapter on Open Collective and start a new fiscal sponsorship with Hack Club. 

Hack Club is 501(c)3 non-profit that was started as a way for high school "hackers" (coders) to support community projects, and has since grown tremendously, supporting mutual aid projects including other community fridges nationally. As a donor, you can sign up for automatic, tax-deductible monthly contributions online and will receive emailed receipts. Those funds are then shared with the Weber Fridge team, who use them to provide for our Ogden neighbors at the fridge and pantry.
