Addition of events board

We're excited to announce our new events board! You can see all the events in our orbit over at https://events.akiba.party/
Given how difficult it is to keep track of all the meetups across Facebook, Instagram, Discord and others, we're hoping this provides an easier way for the community to find events they'd like to attend!
Hosting fees for this is pretty minimal, at $4/mo. We may need to expand the instance as it becomes more popular, but even then I doubt it will go over $6/mo.
