Hey everyone,
All for Climate ASBL proposes to publish some new governance and operational policies via docs.allforclimate.earth. These policies have evolved through lived experience supporting over 200 collectives, and now serve as critical infrastructure to ensure the resilience, accountability, and compliance of the network.

These policies have evolved through lived experience supporting over 200 collectives, and now serve as critical infrastructure to ensure the resilience, accountability, and compliance of the network.
Making these documents public will:
- Clarify responsibilities and expectations across stakeholders
- Improve transparency and community trust
- Strengthen legal compliance and risk mitigation
- Contribute to the long-term sustainability and institutional memory of the organisation
All content will remain open to community feedback until July 31st, but final revisions and approvals will be handled by the All for Climate Board to ensure legal alignment and organisational coherence. 👥 Policies to be published
The following 10 policies will be formally published and maintained:
- Clean up inactive collectives: provides a clear procedure to keep the network active and redistribute funds from the inactive ones to those that are.
- Unknown donations: ensures legal and financial clarity when handling unassigned funds.
- Grant applications: standardises the process of applying for funding opportunities with 3rd parties.
- Refunds: clarifies refund eligibility for donations
- Closure of a collective: provides a clear process for the closure of collectives.
- Admin responsibilities: ensures smooth collective operations and minimise conflict.
- Collective compliance values: affirms the values, accountability, and mission alignment.
- Misconduct policy: provides a framework for responding to inappropriate or harmful behavior.
- Governance: explains decision-making processes and the role of the Board
- Privacy Policy: Ensures compliance with EU data protection regulations (GDPR)
🧭 Feedback & governance Process
- Documents are open to comments (via discord and [email protected])
- Feedback will be collected and reviewed periodically by staff and/or board members
- Final edits and updates will be made at the discretion of the Board
