Project start date postponed

Just a quick update to advise that we have decided to move the proposed project start date to 1 March 2023. This is because we have not yet achieved our full funding goal. We are also waiting on some potential funders to make their decision.
Although a minor setback, we do want to allow sufficient time for contributors to carry out their due diligence.
