This project is twofold; 

Whenever one of our members takes a course to further their capabilities as an instructor, we will ask for donations here for a reimbursement for course costs. The understanding is that this member will then use the skills they have learned to teach our own - safety, shooting, and other types of courses. 

We will also raise money for these instructors to lead workshops and to offset venue & supply costs, and hopefully small compensation for their time and expertise.
