We wanted to make the most of this platform and breakdown how we intend to distribute our project funds. We are not including price tags since items can vary in price based on any sales, discounts, sponsorships, etc. You can see our transactions on this site once we start using any funds.

List will be updated throughout the year:
- Venue rental fees
- Basic meetup art supplies: Pencils, paper, markers, sketch books, paper towels and plates, table cloths, etc
- Existing workshop supplies: Paint, brushes, easels, canvases, figure drawing paper, charcoal pencils, etc.
- New workshop supplies (list is on-going and can update based on activity): Punch needles, yarn, scissors, Posca markers, miniature figures, etc.
- Workshop instructors compensation
- Additional meetup supplies: Variety of board games, corn hole boards, portable speaker
- Overall marketing & promotions budget: Flyers, social media marketing campaigns, giveaway contests, posters, etc
- Additional event entertainment: Event DJ, balloons, event props & decorations, photo op stations, etc
