We had a great afternoon event yesterday at the community freecycle swap + share event organised with Elswick Mutual Aid. There were lots of happy people picking up clothes, books, toys, household items, growing kits + even watermelon!

We met lots of new people who hadn't yet got involved in the mutual aid groups + it was a very popular event so watch this space for more!

Thanks to all the members of different Newcastle Mutual Aid groups who donated items + helped store, sort + deliver items beforehand + on the day, as well as to everyone who helped set up + remind people to social distance + disinfect items.
