We can no longer do gas/electricity/phone top-ups

Unfortunately we can no longer do gas/electricity/phone top-ups as we don't have enough cash.

The solidarity fund is continuing + anyone can apply for £30 once per month - we can't guarantee you'll be paid immediately + new applicants will be prioritised but you will be paid as soon as there's money in the fund.
