Asian Leadership Collective (ALC) is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion social enterprise business focused on championing East and Southeast Asian people and their leadership in places of work. Our mission is to have more representation in leadership and normalise intersectional leadership styles where East and Southeast Asian (ESEA) people thrive alongside their colleagues and counterparts. We have been involved in a number of different industries such as food and hospitality, technology, media and more.
ALC are the hosts of #ESEAEats, a growing community of chefs, small businesses, and food enthusiasts and is currently at 14.8k usage on Instagram! We have yearly panel events where we celebrate the East and Southeast Asian community and hear storytelling of food, allowing for networking and a safe space for sharing.
