Ayris Beauty Machine

 Ayris Beauty Machine is the first Ayris cultural node: a living digital home for the European underground, built by Ayris Atelier. It brings art, literature, philosophy, mythology, architecture, craft and underground music into one cultural space people can explore, contribute to and help govern its cultural record. Belonging is by participation, never blood, descent or nationality. 

The taxonomy spans eighteen groups and more than 1,800 categories, combining cultural themes with structural facets such as year, era/style, location and medium. It grew from a fifteen-year curatorial practice led by creative director Tristithea De Ellendeh. That structure supports cross-cutting discovery: narrowing the record to 1820s × Painting × Romanticism finds Francisco Goya's Saturn Devouring His Son. 

A working nine-level community-governance system gates contributions, including publicly logged vetoes and community Court petitions. Financial support never buys reputation, hierarchy or governance rights on the platform. 

The platform works with rights-aware cultural material: public-domain works, original works licensed to the node by their authors, and member contributions under their own licences. Source links and provenance are part of the record. 

Ayris Atelier builds and maintains the reusable infrastructure beneath the node. This Open Collective account supports Ayris Beauty Machine only: it receives node-scoped donations and grants under the fiscal hosting of Open Collective Europe Foundation. It is not the fundraising account for Ayris Atelier or other Ayris nodes.
