2023 Accomplishments
B Local Texas became operational in 2023. We onboarded our inaugural board and welcomed our first members. No expenses to date.
2023 Lessons Learned/Reflections
Being patient with ourselves and allowing the organization to walk before we run. We have big hopes and dreams. While we understand that it takes time to build a team and create processes, it can frustrating to feel that we are not making as much progress as we’d like. At the same time, we are so grateful to our team of talented volunteers who are committed to turning our dreams into reality.
2024 Plans
We have our eyes on developing programming and revenue streams according to our strategic plan. We will also continue to build our team to execute on our objectives.
