So, I've been pushing super hard to make BarCamp Lincoln a thing, but unfortunately I'm going to have call it now and cancel BarCamp Lincoln - I've just given everyone their refunds. I am also going to cancel BarCamp Omaha this year. This is disappointing for everyone I'm sure, but it's important that we help flatten the curve.

With that said, I'm going to put together something different, and hopefully better, but super experimental. I'm calling it BarCamp Nebraska, and it will be a digital online conference that will be free for all to attend. I'm going to aim for an August timeframe, but if I develop the software sooner and testing goes smoothly I'll schedule it sooner.

I care deeply about BarCamp's and how they can tighten up our communities. There are so many amazing and important things happening around us, everyday, and we need a way to share that with the people around us. Let's do our best to give people the time and space to share their passion!
