bicialta

punk it up!

performing arts for social change --

DIY your life!

everything i needed to know about anything, i learned online,
and from my mom and grandmother, and in rural communities...

fame? fortune? nope, i'm building a network of mutual support.

let's take from the rich and construct ourselves a rural fantasy castle with a social center, garden and living spaces for many alternative families.

since around 1997, i've been doing graphic campaigns, documentaries and performances for non-profit organisations and usually charge no fee or simply ask for a donation. this work has been made possible by people like you, who donate to the numerous crowdfundings and put tips in the hat after the shows. now with this platform, you can ensure that the basic costs are always covered. when giving a donation, you’ll have the peace of mind that people who face oppression are getting some help they deserve.

bicialta will only work for those who are friendly to people of color, queers, transfeminists, migrants, anarchists, indigenous, sex workers, physically and mentally challenged, assault survivors, farmers, the elderly, evicted, underpaid, and other people struggling for survival in the gears of the capitalist patriarchy.

if you need the best… saxophone-clarinet-accordeon-piano-player, digital beats magician, grafix collager, makeup artist, alien drag creature, costume designer, stilt performer, rebel clown, photographer, video special effectser, website builder, sound-lighting-stage technician, aerial rigger, treehouse builder, yurt constructeur, english-deutsch-castellano-translator, tallbike welder, social circus trainer, youth camp coordinator, physical theater professional in Barcelona or somewhere else on the planet

-- surely there's someone better at any one of these things, but...
