As a Product Engineer, I'm constantly looking to optimize processes and products to solve problems within our community — from event ticketing to enabling payments at our PoS using Bolt Cards.
While we’ve made great progress in streamlining product development, there’s still one area we haven’t fully tackled: documentation. Moving fast helps us maintain a holistic view of the challenges, but it becomes difficult to share the learning process due to lack of time and incentives.
The grant will be used to work full-time within the ecosystem and will be allocated for:

The grant will be used to work full-time within the ecosystem and will be allocated for:
- Creating content focused on both design and development
- Building products for the Bitcoin ecosystem
- Analyzing and optimizing existing products
- Traveling to Bitcoin conferences*
- Providing talks on Bitcoin and Web5 (Lightning and Nostr)
*Since travel expenses to other countries or continents may be high relative to the grant requested, attending conferences should ideally be limited to the country where I reside or to neighboring countries.

Another important element is the ability to Build in Public (ES). While I personally believe it can bring many benefits, the reality is that doing it effectively requires hardware capable of handling live streaming, multiple parallel processes, and simultaneously running image editing, coding, and other tools.
The goal with this hardware upgrade is to start developing not just for the web, but also contribute to the mobile ecosystem (Android and iOS).
