The first year of the foundation is coming to a close, so we organized a short retreat to look back, and then work on plans for 2025.
Us three founding members (Christoph, Mogashni, and Daniel) met in real life in Overveen, Netherlands, for two full days of planning and strategizing. We spent most of the time discussing and filling walls with sticky notes, with the occasional break for lunch/dinner and walks around Overveen and Haarlem.
We will share the results of these conversations and an outlook for 2025 very soon in a separate post. Stay tuned.
