Half of this amount of money I desperately need to use for CBT sessions which stands for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, especially after failing my exams. This will help me to be able to have techniques for managing anxiety and stress and controlling my thoughts during the term time at medical school (this should cost about £48 per session). The other half of this budget I need to use for the Gym membership in Hove (which costs £29 a month for the next 12 months) and have a few personal trainer sessions to learn the techniques for exercise and how to use the gym (it costs between £35 to £45 a session depending on the Personal trainer).
