About
Is 2024 I delivered training for some amazing people who had the ambition of joining Boards. Although I provided some resources on places to find Board positions, it quickly became apparent that there was no 'one stop shop' to help people find these opportunities.
My goal in setting up Boards Wales in November 2024 was to improve the transparency around Board opportunities in Wales, to help improve diversity and widen participation. It's also a platform for sharing information about good governance.
