I'm Brian Saad. I came up through a Toyota and Lexus dealership hybrid bay before opening my own shop near Schaumburg, Illinois, working the I-90 corridor. I chase down faults other shops give up on — the Check Hybrid System light, a car that won't switch to "Ready," a P0A80 nobody can read. I diagnose first and swap parts only when the evidence calls for it, whether it's a tired inverter coolant pump or an eCVT running rough. Toyota and Lexus are my bread and butter; Honda and Ford hybrids too.
