BxD Union wanted to share that their Collective Bargaining Committee reached a tentative agreement with their management in the wee hours of the morning. The agreement secured 8-10% salary increases, a 2-year contract term with the right to strike for wages after 1 year in line with ALAA sectoral bargaining, a fair telecommuting policy, and a free speech provision. So, BxD workers won't be needing this strike fund right away, but having this support infrastructure in place will be crucial for their 2025 and 2026 contract campaigns.  All funds contributed will be used to support BxD workers facing hardship during future strikes.
