Sharing kai during the coronial inquiry

Kia ora, assalamu alaikum,
Through the generosity of over 150 donors alongside you, we have been humbled to be able to serve 650 meals to those who have been directly affected and involved with the Coronial Inquiry in to the mosque shootings.
Over the last 6 weeks we held a weekly evening meal where people in the Muslim community could come together, connect, and share kai prepared by the Afghan cooks of our Cooks Collective.
Feedback from the diners was resounding in their appreciation of the continued support from the Ōtautahi community, especially during these difficult past few weeks.
Inspired by compassion, enabled by generosity.
Salaam, Ngā mihi,
InCommon and Mahia te Aroha teams.
