Christopher earned his masters of Urban and Regional Planning from A. Alfred Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Michigan. His experience includes affordable housing, participatory planning, economic resilience, and sustainability. Christopher was a consultant to municipalities and organizations on various planning initiatives. Christopher’s projects included expanding mobility options to low density communities in Southeast Michigan, designing and implementing strategies initiatives for green infrastructure, streamlining stakeholder collaboration with the City of Ypsilanti’s community signage proposal that highlighted the historical preservation of events within the predominantly African American community prior to urban renewal. 

Christopher is a member of the American Planning Association, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, and is a board member of upstreamPGH. He earned his bachelors in business from Lane College.
