Heyo!!!

2023 has been a busy, hectic year - but it's almost done. And we're optimistic of what we'll be able to accomplish in 2024!!!

Before jumping ahead, let's look back:
1. What did you accomplish during 2023? How did you use money?
The biggest accomplishment of 2023 has been keeping the organization alive and kicking. With the separation from the Brigade Network (and ample personal priorities,) we've been busy restructuring the organization to run independently.
The only fiscal expense this year was our Meetup subscription. We didn't have any events in 2023, so there wasn't a need to pay for catering or event supplies.

2. What challenges did you face during 2023? What did your Collective learn? How did you change or grow?
What challenges? Yes... 🫠
2023 was a hard one for the organization - leaders stepped down, lost the support of the Brigade Network, and it's been gathering what we can when we can to maintain.
The biggest learning has been the price of independence. Without the Brigade Network, a lot of things we took for granted are on us. Thankfully, we had OCF to fall back on and support us as our fiscal sponsor.

3. What are your plans for 2024? Anything exciting coming up?
We're trying a revamp of the organization! We have new leads stepping up and new priorities on the horizon. It's busy and it's challenging, but it's exciting to bring new life back to the group!
