Fall Retreat 2026

We've spent the past few years building the network: relationships, trust, shared experiences and a sense of belonging.
Now we want to explore what it means to act within it.
The next layer isn't about asking “What should Enspiral do?” or expecting the collective to somehow produce direction, projects or impact.
It starts with each of us.
This retreat is an experiment in moving from belonging to agency, from agency to collaboration, and from collaboration to action.
We'll explore what Enspiral brings to each of us individually, learn to better use the tools and systems already at our disposal, and create space for concrete collaborations to emerge.

The Site - Casa Tilo

Retreat: 5th to 8th of November
Post-Retreat: 8th to 10th of November
