Der All, I have approved John his £63 petrol submission dating from June 1st, as I beleive that sounds perfectly reasonable, though there is no invoice that I could find- essentially we worked it out at te average petrol claim per mile for a round trip, 
Obviously the funds are going down, albeit slowly, and I wonder how we make this fair to everyone at the coop?
Should we ask anyone who has not contributed to date to pay in an amount towards running costs such as petrol? Does aanyone have a bright idea?Be glad to have your feedback. Love Kitty
