What Happened in February?

Hello!
During February, WeasyPrint v61.0 and v61.1 have been released 🎉
These new versions add several features and (of course) fix bugs!
Among these features, WeasyPrint now supports the var() function everywhere, select fields in PDF Forms and you can now use percentages for opacity ✨
Last but not least, WeasyPrint has a Windows executable 🤯
The executable is available directly from the GitHub releases.
Not only WeasyPrint has new versions, also pydyf!
pydyf v0.9.0 has been released and adds support for inline images, drops support of Python 3.7 and adds support for Python 3.12.
