What Happened in June?
Published on June 30, 2025 by Lucie Anglade
Hello!
During June, we continued our work on improving PDF/UA support in WeasyPrint ✨. The related branches have been merged into main!
Now we’re working on adding solid tests and also a validator in the CI.
Don’t hesitate to give a try to the main branch.
An issue has been created to track the known limitations and future developments 📑.
At the beginning of the month, Lucie gave a talk (in French) at the DevLille conference to talk about web technologies and PDF. The video is already out and available on YouTube !
The talk will also be given at the IT Women Talks in Lyon on July 1st.
And to close this month, Guillaume is going to give a talk at the Python Meetup in Lyon to give insights about good practices when developing and sharing a Python library 🐍.
That’s all for this month!
