Upgrade CI tool
This is for creating a new web service with CovsirPhy.To estimate the parameters of SIR-F model with datasets in all countries every day, we need to use upgraded continuous integration (CI) tools.
We use Open Source account (4x parallel, $0) of Semaphore CI at this time, and we need Growth account (6x parallel, $299/month). At the same time, we need Python engineers to fasten parameter estimation.
