As you may have heard, Open Collective is shutting down its fiscal sponsorship program. CROP is likely going to go defunct for the time being unless there's significant interest in starting things up again. Thank you to everyone who supported our mission of giving out free bike lights and informing cyclists of their rights in LA! 

We've been working with Bike Lane Uprising to use up the last of our funds, and you can see in our expenses we just made a large purchase of bike lights that will be given out for free in LA and Long Beach through their volunteers. The remaining lights we have as CROP are still being given out by Olga, mostly to unhoused folks and occasional riders she sees while out biking. :)
