Crow's October plans

With the new Build and install systems merged, most of the work for this month will be focused on stabilizing the project. Primarily the following:
- Getting "master" branch to compile on MacOS
- More robust Windows and MacOS setup tutorials
- Tutorials relating to using Crow (Auth, Websockets, etc...)
- 0.3+3 release with a couple bugfixes (for warnings and encoding issues) (Will not include new systems)
If all of the above is done before the end of the month, then work will shift to any existing issues on Github.
