As an experienced individual, I have gained a wealth of knowledge through life and continuous study. I hold a degree in psychology, postgraduate diplomas and certificates in mental health, and a Master’s in Suicidology. My professional journey includes 14 years as a Corrections Officer, over 30 years as a volunteer Ambulance Officer and Paramedic, and 25 years dedicated to suicide prevention.

I have witnessed first hand the vital role of communities, which inspired me to delve into community engagement, systems change, collective impact, positive inquiry, and other models of collective well-being. Throughout my career, I have supported many individuals in times of crisis and now aspire to help people thrive in safe environments, both at work and in their personal lives.
