Partner
If your organization wants to support Decidim, you can contribute as a Partner.
Sustaining Decidim takes time and resources. Several tasks need to be handled, such as reviewing contributions, triaging issues, fixing bugs, writing documentation, and answering general doubts shared by the community.
Any organization offering services on Decidim can contribute back to the commons by becoming a Partner.
Each Partner commits to include a clause in each new service contract around Decidim, explicitly stating that a small percentage is allocated to the maintenance of the source code. The percentage is 3%. If you are a non-profit, you can optionally contribute a reduced percentage of 1.5%.
Each contribution can be tracked on our Open Collective page. This way, organizations that engage our Partners can see their contribution to the collective project.
Every Partner will be made publicly visible in the Decidim main website and the GitHub project README page. In addition, the Decidim Association will recommend Decidim Partners in our talks and email conversations about providing services with Decidim.
