Le désordre des architectes est un réseau de professionnels dans le domaine des pratiques
spatiales né des difficultés pour produire et trouver du logement abordable, à l’initiative du
Syndicat des Immenses.
Les mécanismes actuels font des bâtiments et des villes des produits d’investissement
soumis à des objectifs de profit et de rentabilité.
Nous affirmons notre engagement social, politique et environnemental au sein de nos
pratiques et de nos échanges pour une ville plus juste.
Engagement social :
●Répondre aux besoins des habitants : créer du logement abordable et des espaces
ouverts inclusifs ;
●Promouvoir l’accessibilité et l’égalité d’usage pour tous ;
●Proposer, initier, faire-ensemble, réfléchir ensemble (maîtrise d’usage).
Engagement politique :
●Revendiquer auprès des pouvoirs publics des tailles de projets plus petites et
réalisables dans des délais courts ;
●Privilégier le travail sur l’existant, les gestes qualitatifs et peu coûteux ;
●Lutter contre la marchandisation des espaces bâtis et non-bâtis.
Engagement environnemental :
●
Remettre en question la nécessité de construire sur les espaces ouverts, sauvages
et/ou nourriciers.
Le Désordre des Architectes souhaite rassembler les professionnels pour une pratique
spatiale abordable, au service des habitants et au service des enjeux importants.
Le Désordre des architectes se réunit une fois par mois depuis mars 2025, sous forme d’un
groupe de parole, pour partager les pratiques et les connaissances, faire connaître et
visibiliser les initiatives pour le logement abordable, débattre des sujets de société, et

De wan-orde van architecten is een netwerk van professionals op het gebied van ruimtelijke
praktijken, begaan met het tekort aan betaalbare huisvesting, aanvankelijk opgericht op
initiatief van le Syndicat des Immenses.
De huidige mechanismen maken van gebouwen en steden investeringsproducten
onderworpen aan winst- en rendementsdoelstellingen.
Wij bevestigen ons sociaal, politiek en ecologisch engagement in woord en daad door te
ijveren voor een rechtvaardigere stad.
Sociaal engagement:
Voldoen aan de behoeften van de inwoners: betaalbare woningen en inclusieve open
ruimtes creëren;
Toegankelijkheid en gelijkheid van gebruik voor iedereen bevorderen;
Voorstellen doen, initiatieven nemen, samenwerken, samen nadenken (beheersing
van het gebruik).
Politiek engagement:
Bij de overheid aandringen op kleinere projecten die op korte termijn haalbaar zijn;
Voorrang geven aan het werken met bestaande structuren, kwalitatieve en goedkope
maatregelen;
Strijden tegen de commercialisering van bebouwde en onbebouwde ruimtes.
Milieuengagement:
De noodzaak om te bouwen op open, ongerepte en/of voedselrijke ruimtes in twijfel
trekken.
De Wanorde van Architecten wil professionals samenbrengen omtrent belangrijke
uitdagingen zoals een betaalbare ruimtelijke praktijk ten dienste van de bewoners.
De Wanorde van Architecten komt sinds maart 2025 eens per maand bijeen in de vorm van
een praatgroep, om praktijken en kennis te delen, initiatieven voor betaalbare huisvesting
bekend en zichtbaar te maken, maatschappelijke onderwerpen te bespreken en geleidelijk

The Disorder of Architects is a network of professionals in the field of spatial practices who
are concerned by the difficulties in producing and finding affordable housing, originally
initiated by the Syndicat des Immenses.
Current mechanisms turn buildings and cities into investment products subject to objectives
of profitability.
We affirm our social, political and environmental commitment in our practices and
discussions, aiming for a fairer city.
Social commitment:
To respond to the needs of residents: creating affordable housing and inclusive open
spaces;
To promote accessibility and equality of use for all;
To propose, initiate, reflect and work collectively and with user participation.
Political commitment:
Appeal to public authorities for smaller projects that can be completed within short
timeframes;
Prioritise work on existing buildings, focusing on high-quality, low-cost measures;
Oppose the commodification of built and unbuilt spaces.
Environmental commitment:
Challenge the need to build on permeable, wild and/or fertile land.
The disorder of architects aims to bring together professionals to promote affordable spatial
practices that serve residents and address important issues.
The disorder of architects has been meeting once a month since March 2025, in the form of
a discussion group, to share experience and ideas, raise awareness and visibility of
affordable housing initiatives, debate social issues, and gradually shape the outlines of the
disorder of architects.
