Drag Resistance: Against Genocide is a mutual aid fund by & for Drag artists, creators & Brighton pride performers (of any kind) who are withdrawing their labour & turning down gigs due to the corporate sponsors ties to genocide. Artists & acts can apply to cover their lost fees.
Pride is nothing without you - it is time for Brighton pride organisers to listen to the community, adhere to our demands (as laid out by Brighton Queers for Palestine) and take accountability for putting on a pride event that is free from genocide, ecocide and corruption. An event that we can all stand behind; PROUDLY.
Because boycotting works! & in the words of Marsha P Johnson:
“There is no Pride for some of us without liberation for all of us.”
