Kitchen Membership is Up & Running

Hello Friends !
Thank you for your patience, as the last six weeks have been quite a marathon! We are pleased to announce that we have finalized our systems for kitchen rental and welcome new kitchen residents Rising River Bake House and Josh the Kid Caterer. Anyone who is interested in joining as a kitchen member is encouraged to reach out to [email protected] in order to schedule a kitchen tour & training, including a a permitting check-in with Department of Health, Greene County. We will be working on finishing our new website with updated information & booking options, next !
We are also extremely grateful for our resident Farmer Members for delivering their delicious produce, every week~! Our friends at Rolling Hill Farm have recently reached out about a late summer CSA, providing up to 30 weeks of produce for $30/ week. We are gauging interest for a weekly CSA with Wednesday pick up, so please feel free to respond to this message if you may be interested in joining! We will also have options of adding eggs or milk from one of our member farms, and hope to open registration with rolling enrollment next week !
Finally, we are planning our next members meeting :a bulk buyer's club brain storm! We have now opened accounts with Hudson Harvest & Hillcrest, but we would like to hear from you all about what would work best for wholesale ordering options & re-distribution, as we have to consider wholesalers' ordering deadlines in our scheduling / pick up process. Please respond if you have a strong urge to be of assistance in this development! We were hoping to hold this meeting in person, but we understand that it may not be convenient for everyone. For now we are hoping to meet on the fourth Friday of July at YAAD Wellness, with a zoom option available.
