2023 has been an exciting year for the either/org project! We are making the transition from a loose experiment to an intentional movement and are so appreciative of the growing 400+ person community who see the importance of good organizational design for building a better world. We established a guiding council, documented our core foundations, got set up with Open Collective as our fiscal sponsor, and are poised to launch the public beta of the organizational design inspiration library early next year. We have not yet begun fundraising for the project and have not distributed any funds yet.

In 2024, we're excited to launch the organizational design inspiration library. We also want to feature the amazing guides around the world who help facilitate organizations to be brave and intentional in their organizational choices. We are excited to begin using our status with Open Collective to raise funds. This project has been a labor of love for an amazing group of volunteers, but we know in our next chapter we want to be able to pay folks for their contributions to the field and sustain our operating costs.
