Community Healing Pathways: Healing Meditation for Collective Wellbeing

By Emana Body Mind & Soul
Facilitators: Luana Paixão Milicevic & Ana Paula Pereira Esteves Rangel

Overview

Community Healing Pathways is a heart-centered wellbeing initiative designed to restore balance, resilience, and emotional connection within the community. Founded by Emana Body Mind & Soul and co-led by experienced facilitators Luana Paixão Milicevic and Ana Paula Pereira Esteves Rangel, the project will offer inclusive monthly group sessions focused on holistic emotional, physical, and energetic healing.
Each session integrates a range of evidence-informed and spiritually grounded modalities, including Family Constellation, Womb Field Constellation, Sound Bath, Breathwork, Hypnosis, and Serenity Vibration Healing (SVH). These practices are harmonized to create a space where participants can safely release tension, access deep states of calm, and reconnect with their inner wisdom and community support systems.
The program is open to all genders, ages, and cultural backgrounds, with particular outreach to Pacific, Māori, African, and immigrant communities who may experience barriers to traditional wellbeing services.

Purpose and Vision
