The project is a job board constantly updated with positions and job listings in the world of tech on a global scale. It is made by developers for developers.
Additionally, it is an on-going open source project at Github (https://github.com/developersdo/empleo-dot-net) where it serves as a getaway for developers to get started in collaborative, open source initiatives.
Providing opportunities for an underrepresented group of developers while fostering a thriving community of developers helping each other achieve their goals is ultimately the driving force of this initiative.
