2022 was Endora's soft launch, while we started establishing funding for our primary goals.  While we never expected this to be an easy time, there were some pitfalls with expected funding not coming through, but we also encountered several new opportunities that give us greater flexibility to focus on our primary goals.  I think the biggest lesson of this year is never stop meeting people.  Our work touches so many different communities, and I keep being encouraged by the response to what we are doing.

In 2023 we are looking forward to having our first full time staff onboarded, and taking part in our first field events for connecting with communities and strengthening security around targeted events.  Our goal is to secure funding to begin the next iteration of the database, as well as organizing the backlog of research in our existing system, and exploring visualization options.
