ethicalabs.ai is an independent AI research initiative focused on open, decentralized AI that is transparent and community-driven.
We’re building a web-based platform to refine synthetic datasets using small, efficient AI models, proving that AI progress doesn’t have to rely on massive compute power.
🌍 What We’re Building
- 🌱 Web-based Platform – A public research hub where contributors can add prompts, review AI-generated responses, and help improve datasets and evaluate LLMs.
- 🧠Small Language Model Fine-Tuning – Using federated learning (Flower) to train AI models on decentralized data.
- 🤖 Scalable AI Workers – Running AI models on decentralized infrastructure, leveraging Kubernetes, Ray, and self-hosted compute.
- 📜 Open Synthetic Datasets – Publicly available iteratively refined datasets that can be used to train ethical, open-source AI.
