Update on ExO V2

Hi All
This is a quick update to let you know that the V2 of ExO is progressing a little slower than we had hoped. There were so many amazing inputs and this has made the editing quite difficult. We are aiming to have the book published before the end of October. Once this is nearing we will be in contact.

Hi Scott. All the contributions to the book have been complete and it is now in the final stages of writing.
