v4 is on the way

FXP v4 beta is already live with many most awaiting features. Like
- preserve order of XML tags
- parsing a tag in an array even if single occurrence presents
- better version of stopNodes
- Must customization possible with tag and attribute value processors
- supports for PI and DOCTYPE
- supports of external and default entities
- Able to parse HTML documents too
- And so many other features like persisting comments etc.
