Our Story 

After recognizing the importance of having a strong support system, Fems in STEM was born out of a passion to create a supportive community for women navigating the unique challenges of STEM careers. Whether you are a college student, a C-level executive, or anything in between, it’s a space where mentorship, collaboration, and shared success stories come together. The community is meant to provide women in STEM inspiration, guidance, and support on their journey.

We envision a world where women in STEM have a robust support system to turn to—a community where their contributions are celebrated and their voices are heard.
