Our first term was enjoyed by all who attended, but now we need help funding our second term.

We had a very successful first term attended by 20 women and men aged 23 to 80.
Next term starts 16 September and we are already almost fully subscribed.
We want to keep making this programme available to all so please donate if you can.
Our costs include hiring the hall at £60 per week, staffing and materials.
If we continue to be unable to find funding we may not be able to continue with this popular and effective wellbeing programme, so please give generously
