Hello from Food Not Bombs-Madison!
June was our very first event. We cooked 25 servings of fresh chana masala curry (chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, peppers, spices) on a bed of rice with a cilantro garnish. This was a dual event with the Really Really Free Market, who invited us to use their kitchen at the Wil-Mar Center. We will continue to partner with the Really Really Free Market and you can find us on the last Sunday of next month (July 30th) cooking, serving food, and packaging remaining food to deliver to unhoused community members from 12-4pm at the Wil-Mar Community Center.

We can accept donations once we are approved by a fiscal host. An application is currently pending, so hopefully we can start soon!

The growth of online food websites is undeniable, and platforms like Sonic Menu with prices on Sonic Menu Spot are a great example of how providing detailed menu information and clear pricing can enhance the customer experience. By offering easy access to full menus and up-to-date prices, it helps users make informed decisions quickly. It's a smart solution that simplifies meal planning and ordering! Keep up the excellent work in making food choices easier and more accessible for everyone.

There are several types of seashells, each with distinctive characteristics. Conch shells are spiral-shaped and large, while clam shells are flat and rounded. Scallop shells are fan-shaped with ridges, and cowrie shells are smooth and glossy. Whelk shells have spiral, pointed structures, and oyster shells are rough with irregular shapes. Each type is unique in color and pattern.
