Virtual Cards are like a debit card linked to your Collective balance, enabling you to make purchases and upload the receipt afterward. Due to needing to review our related processes and policies, OCF will stop issuing new Virtual Cards for the time being.

We know this will be disappointing and inconvenient for some Collectives, but we need to give our team time to review this service, so it can be more clear and sustainable in the future. We hope we’ll be able to start issuing Virtual Cards again soon, and we'll keep everyone posted.

Already existing Virtual Cards will continue to work (except we’re currently having a problem with our payment processor, which we’ve emailed all current Virtual Card holders about). If you recently applied for a Virtual Card, we will process your request, but no new requests will be accepted.

To spend your Collective funds, please make purchases with your own card and submit the receipt as a reimbursement expense, or choose one of our other payout options.
