Friends of Apache Pekko
Aim is try to collect some funds to help pay for the time of Apache Pekko developers. Possibly also to pay for compute resources for testing.

Apache Pekko is an open source fork of Akka.
Developing and releasing Pekko takes time and effort and it would be good if some funds were available to provide some income for developers who do this in their spare time.
The Apache Software Foundation and GitHub Actions provide infrastructure for builds but it may be useful at times to run ad hoc testing of new features or changes using Cloud Compute Services.
You may also choose to sponsor the Apache Software Foundation directly. Those donations are much apprectiated but that funding will not be spent on Pekko specifically.
