We at FUR/HELP, with surprise and hope, mark our second anniversary with profound reflection. Since 2022, we have been through challenges, changed adversity into meaningful support for LGBTQIA+ refugees and trans individuals in the US.
Our 2024 milestone represents more than an organizational benchmark — it symbolizes collective resilience, unwavering commitment, and hope.

- We're thrilled to announce furhelp.lgbt is now our official web address. Our website prototype is in final refinement stages and will launch soon, featuring an improved design and user experience, made to expand and improve over time.
Stay tuned for the updates. - Our current team is now safely relocated within EU jurisdictions in its entirety. We're actively working towards establishing a formal EU-based non-profit and will provide updates as we meet the necessary legal requirements.
(However, we are also opened to working with already established furry charities, to speed the process) - With the previous mentioned keynotes, we also now have a more stable way to raise money for our causes. As of now, we raise money via YukiDeer's Ko-Fi page, with more ways to donate coming soon as we grow.
- We have also begun to work on including more languages within FUR/HELP to assist people in their own languages, removing the language barrier entirely. We are now able to speak with you in English, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Russian, Kazakh, Spanish and many other languages large and small, coming soon.
- In 2024, we've supported over 10 refugees and people in danger, mostly from the United States, nearly doubling our assistance from previous years. We're grateful to those who trusted our services and helped spread our contact information to others in search of safety and support.

We're deeply grateful for the countless small yet significant contributions from our supporters and staff. Your donations, word-of-mouth advocacy, kind messages, and social media endorsement have been instrumental in our growth. Without you, we wouldn't have reached our current milestone and be here to tell you all this.
As we look toward 2025, we are committed to continue our mission unwavering and grow, to expand our reach and impact, covering more, helping more and advocating more.
